If you are debating whether or not to work with me, please consider that in the long run this will save you both time and money rather than simply getting random suggestions from members of online pet groups and internet searches that can seem contradictory further confusing you. Hit and miss can be costly for you and your pet!
CUSTOMIZED CONFERENCE CALL Q & A SESSION
It is helpful to team with an experienced animal naturopath/animal health coach from the beginning.
HOW DOES THE Q & A SESSION WORK?
1) First you will want to sign up for the dog wellness program as it is the foundation for what you’ll be learning to apply to your dog’s care IF you’ve never consulted with me before OR if you are brand new to natural dog care.
2) Please have your questions prepared in advance and email them to me. I’ll give you specifics once you have paid for the Q&A.
Please realize that the success or failure of any Q&A session (whether by phone or email) is completely dependent upon how much you are willing to do toward following the wellness program as well as heeding and applying the answers to your questions – after all you are the one who is being empowered to take charge of the situation!
HOW MUCH WILL THIS COST?
This depends on the number of questions you have, if you are already raising your dog naturally, or if you are brand new to natural dog care. Typically I start at $85/half hour.
BRAND NEW TO NATURAL DOG CARE:
Client: Brand new to natural dog care. Me: The best place for you to start is with the DOGgone Wellness Program – 99% of your questions and needs will addressed in that program and it will empower you to make your own information choices and decisions for your dog. This will soon become a MONTHLY membership where you can stay for as long as you like and learn!!
LONG TIME NATURAL REARING I JUST NEED SOME GUIDANCE
Client: Long time natural rearing for dogs, I just need some guidance as I’m stumped or someone to brainstorm with me: Me: I’ll determine the cost after seeing your intake form. It may not even cost you a cent depending on your need.
I HAVE TAKEN YOUR PROGRAM
Client: I have taken your Doggone Wellness program but I still have a few questions. Me: See the answer above.
MY DOG IS SICK
Client: My dog is sick and I’d like you to determine what is wrong with him/her – that isn’t something I am allowed by law to do as it is considered diagnosing. Me: Get your dog diagnosed by a veterinarian and we can then proceed from there.
I HAVE A DIAGNOSIS FOR MY DOG BUT I WANT TO USE A NATURAL APPROACH
Client: My dog already has been diagnosed by a veterinarian but I prefer to go forward with naturopathic guidance instead of a conventional medical approach. Me: I am happy to guide you however, you will need to be fully committed as the responsible party making the ultimate decisions on what to do.
I HAVE A NEW PUPPY AND WANT HIM / HER STARTED OFF RIGHT
Client: I just want to get my new puppy started off on the right paw! Me: I’m happy to oblige you with your full commitment and responsible action.
Steps to Take
- I’ll send you a PayPal request for payment you must pay prior to our session. I will also require you to fill in BOTH a Health History Form of your dog AND sign an Authorization Form. See the links below to download these forms.
2. Additional costs: As for any products (supplements, essential oils, etc.) I may suggest, these will be your responsibility to obtain. If you do not know how or where to get what I suggest, I can give you sources. My philosophy is to first address the nutritional aspect and then figure out what supplementation is needed; many times simply “fixing” the nutritional aspect goes a long way in resolving issues. On the other hand, if there is a long history of species inappropriate feeding (as in the case of most domestic animals), then do not be surprised if the amount of supplementals I suggest are quite extensive.
Please note: As much as we would all like to, practitioners such as myself simply cannot answer non-client emails concerning health or other issues for any species. Like everyone, I have to earn a living and spending much time on non-paying issues greatly detracts from the time I can spend helping others help themselves and their animals who have invested in doing so.
***All forms must be completed, signed, and emailed back to me PRIOR to the consultation***
NOTE: The session fee is per pet. If you have multiple pets of the same species in need of assistance, I will be happy to work out a group fee for you.
Questions about new puppy vaccinations, heartworm and parasite prevention, allergies, or other concerns? My wellness program covers all of this and more!
HOW DO I PAY?
I accept all Credit Cards through PayPal. I will send you a PayPal request invoice once we determine what your animal’s needs are.
You will be sent a PayPal invoice AFTER I receive your forms to be paid PRIOR to receiving your consultation.
Please respect my desire to earn a living and do not ask me to work for free.
Once I receive your completed forms and you have paid for your Q&A Session, we will schedule the date and time.
All client information is kept confidential.
Please note that I strive to respond promptly to all requests, and sessions are scheduled in the order they are received.
If you are unable to download the Health History Form and the Authorization Form, please send a request for the forms via email to firstname.lastname@example.org alternatively email me at email@example.com if for some reason there is trouble with this email address.
Business hours are Monday – Friday from 10:00AM to 4:00PM Mountain Time. Closed each Friday from 4:00PM through Sunday. Closed ALL American Holidays. However, I am not always available during these hours as a one-person operation, so I appreciate your patience and consideration. Thank you.
