Pests, Parasites, and Bugs, OH MY!
Lesson 17 Chapter 4
“Pathogens and micro-organisms are part of life. They are the original life forms and they fulfill a very complex function. All forms of cellular life on earth share genetic links. Humans are genetically linked to so-called pathogens, or microorganisms. We actually consist of bacteria, fungi, viruses, parasites and other microorganisms and they form part of our system. Plants and animals are also made up of these. Béchamp (Reference Antoine Bechamp here) discovered that if he stopped fighting microorganisms and instead improved what he called the ‘milieu’, the environment of the cells, the so-called ‘pathogens’ did not disappear but actually aided in repairing the cells. By not focusing on the disease but on healing instead, Béchamp witnessed the pathogens doing the same. When he concentrated on the disease, however, and literally tried to combat it, the pathogens proved themselves to be the worst enemy. He showed that micro-organisms are the bridge between life and death, and the stage in between — disease.“~Mike Donkers, Understanding the True Meaning of Disease
Nature works in a synergy.
Here is my human's response to much of this:
*I don’t have fleas on my dogs but a person on FB argued saying if I live in Rio Rancho I must have fleas because of the coyotes and rabbits. My response: Do you use pesticides, herbicides and chemical fertilizers? Explain the balance in nature. And besides, coyotes and rabbits who do have these issues are typically not well for one reason or another - the another is usually a HUMAN factor in the form of TOXINS we inundate into the environment on land, sea and air. We try to poison/kill off everything as if that were the solution to anything.
*I use predator bugs to keep the prey bugs in balance. The aphids are prey/herbivores. Preying Mantis, lacewings, and ladybugs are carnivores.
*Ants eat aphids, are soldiers for the butterfly caterpillars, the caterpillars feed the ants. Ants also eat fleas. Get rid of ants with pesticides and you have an over abundance of fleas. Fleas and ticks are a clean up crew to the blood of your dog or cat. Did you know that? So why would they need to clean up that blood? Yeast overgrowth possibly among other things due to??? Incorrect nutrition to start.
*I use fly predators to keep the flies in check. We need flies because their larvae eat things that are decaying. They are part of the clean-up crew. I use supplements and organic food to feed my yard. I use nature to balance nature I do not FIGHT nature.
Words that are used to connote fighting, battle and war: War on cancer. War on disease. BATTLE leas/ticks/heartworm. This is NOT a war unless we make it so.
Okay humans let's go back to Mike Donker's article for a moment:
"The concept of pleomorphism was developed by French biologist Antoine Béchamp, Louis Pasteur's largest counterpart. It was Pasteur's claim that pathogens attack us from the outside and it's therefore essential that we kill them before they kill us. By viewing pathogens as external organisms, a war mentality is created, which causes one to adopt an anti-position and declare micro-organisms to be an enemy. This bellicosity is evident in our terminology. We 'fight' or 'battle' disease, 'kill' bacteria and a medicine can be 'antiviral'.
Béchamp demonstrated that this is not only a highly simplistic but also very unwise position to take. In true Pasteurian fashion, he declared war on pathogens in his experiments and battled them with all necessary means. Under the microscope he discovered that micro-organisms such as bacteria, fungi, viruses and parasites possess the ability to transmutate, i.e. change form. In response to being attacked, a fungus would morph into a parasite, a bacteria into a virus, etcetera. The possibilities seemed endless. He also found they could team up together. The more vicious the attack, the more efficient micro-organisms became in warding off the attacks."
Essential oils don't REALLY kill viruses, bacteria, fungi, etc., but rather they HARMONIZE them so they morph into what is beneficial to us rather than what is harmful. And Young Living has an entire line essential oils just for us animals! They also have an ointment for skin/coat and shampoo for us! Those were the two first products Mom ever used as I said in my story bepaws I am the reason she began this journey into essential oils. We animals are so smart WOOF!
