Wellness is not a ‘medical fix’ but a way of living – a lifestyle sensitive and responsive to all the dimensions of the body, mind, and spirit, an approach to life we each design to achieve for our highest potential for well-being now and forever. ~Greg Anderson

Nutrition – eating things that we KNOW aren’t good for us such as processed and fast foods – by the way the same holds true for our animals. If it isn’t good for us it isn’t good for them which means if it comes in a bag or can it is denatured, processed junk food. They are designed to eat raw, fresh, whole foods according to their species needs (carnivore, omnivore, herbivore) just as are we.
Food like products don’t count as food but they do count as toxins. Artificial flavorings, food dyes, MSG, the list is extensive. Do your homework and your due diligence.
“Dogs and cats often eat food processing and packaging chemicals that contaminate their food, day after day and year after year, resulting in cumulative exposures with unknown health risks (FDA CVM 2008b).”
Dissonance – Harsh, discordant, and lack of harmony. Also a chord that sounds incomplete until it resolves itself on a harmonious chord.
