CUSTOMIZED GUIDED ACTION & WELLNESS PLANS, DETOXIFICATION & WELLNESS CONSULTATIONS
I am a certified animal naturopath (aka ‘animal health coach’). My role is a supportive one, empowering you with the knowledge and information you need to make wise and informed decisions for your pet’s health and well being.
I specifically focus and consult on the canine and feline (dogs & cats). I am experienced in the use of therapeutic essential oils for animals (specifically Young Living). Since the U.S.A. does not recognize non-traditional degrees and training, I am not a licensed health care provider for animals. Therefore, my services are strictly in the form of consultations and education.
If you are debating whether or not to consult with me, please consider that in the long run, having a consultation saves you both time and money rather than simply getting random suggestions from members of online pet groups and internet searches that can seem contradictory further confusing you. Hit and miss can be costly for you and your pet!
It is helpful to consult with an experienced animal naturopath/animal health coach from the beginning.
As an animal naturopath, my philosophy is founded in helping the body to resolve both acute and chronic health conditions, and to regain its natural balance and health. Naturopathy looks at illness as a form of healing, and unlike conventional disease care, naturopathy does not focus on suppressing the symptoms or the body’s efforts to rid itself of the cause of the illness. Rather than simply treating symptomatically as in the conventional, medical approach, together with you, we can help your pet regain optimum health through a true, whole health approach designed to address the cause. What I basically do is help to empower you with the tools (knowledge) to make safe, responsible decisions regarding the health of your pets. My philosophies are strictly holistic and are not ‘integrative‘.
Using naturopathy for your dog (or cat) means focusing on the whole animal not masking or treating symptoms. I guide you to promote and build health in your pet. Nature always seeks balance, and by guiding you with the correct information you can then help your pet to gently regain health and balance in his or her body, and thus overcome many of the chronic health issues they are affected by.
I work with all breeds and all ages of dogs and cats.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
Through the benefit of my education, knowledge, and experience I guide you in assisting your pet’s body to respond and heal of its own accord, my guidance will empower you to take control of your pet’s health.
Prior to the initial consultation I will ask that you provide as much information as you can about the circumstances, both current and historical. Most people contact me about specific issues for their animal, but please understand that nothing exists in isolation and I will need as much information as possible. Once I receive the initial information and we have talked, we will work together to formulate a plan that will be doable for you. Please realize that the success or failure of any consultation sequence is completely dependent upon how much you are willing to do toward following this plan – after all you are the one who is being empowered to take charge of the situation!
As for any products (supplements, essential oils, etc.) I may suggest, these will be your responsibility to obtain. If you do not know how or where to get what I suggest, I can give you sources. My philosophy is to first address the nutritional aspect and then figure out what supplementation is needed; many times simply ‘fixing‘ the nutritional aspect goes a long way in resolving issues. On the other hand, if there is a long history of species inappropriate feeding (as in the case of most domestic animals), then do not be surprised if the amount of supplementals I suggest are quite extensive.
Please note: As much as we would all like to, practitioners such as myself simply cannot answer non-client emails concerning health or other issues for any species. Like everyone, I have to earn a living and spending much time on non-paying issues greatly detracts from the time I can spend helping others help themselves and their animals who have invested in doing so.
HOW MUCH WILL THIS COST?
Any advice which comes without paying fees to it, people listen and forget. If we add value of currency to it then advice will get focus of the person who needs it most – because you paid for this. ~Lity Munshi
Base pricing begins at $60 per half hour via Skype or Phone with a one hour minimum for the initial consultation. An initial email consultation ranges from $85-$200 depending upon the amount of guidance and direction you require to obtain your desired result.
The Holistic Wellness for Dogs Program is the best initial consultation for your dollar investment if you have no experience in a true whole health approach to the care of your animal – cost is $147 available on our distance learning website.
Additional costs: As for any products (supplements, essential oils, etc.) I may suggest, these will be your responsibility to obtain. If you do not know how or where to get what I suggest, I can give you sources. My philosophy is to first address the nutritional aspect and then figure out what supplementation is needed; many times simply “fixing” the nutritional aspect goes a long way in resolving issues. On the other hand, if there is a long history of species inappropriate feeding (as in the case of most domestic animals), then do not be surprised if the amount of supplementals I suggest are quite extensive. You may insert any concerns or questions you’d like me to address in your consultation within the Consult Form.
***All forms must be completed and signed PRIOR to the consultation***
NOTE: The consultation fees are per pet. If you have multiple pets of the same species in need of assistance, I will be happy to work out a group fee for you.
Questions about new puppy/kitten, vaccinations, heartworm and parasite prevention, allergies, or other concerns? The Total Wellness Program for Pets covers all of this and more!
HOW DO I PAY?
I accept all Credit Cards through PayPal. I will send you a PayPal request invoice once we determine what your animal’s needs are.
Please respect my desire to earn a living and do not ask me to work for free.
HOW OFTEN WILL I NEED TO CONSULT WITH YOU?
This varies from client to client. If you heed and implement what is taught in the consultation then you may only need to have the occasional extended support consultation. Most clients who follow the Total Wellness Program – read, listen to, watch and apply all they learn in other words – then they rarely need to do any follow up. If however, your pet has a ways to go to optimal health, and you feel more comfortable with ongoing guidance, then a regular monthly consult may be needed until your pet is well on the way to wellness.
Consultations are available by email, phone, or Skype video phone. The information delivered is the same for each option although it is unique to each individual dog/cat as well.
Because action plans and guided detoxification are individualized to your pet prior to our initial consultation you must complete, sign, and submit the Consult Form and Authorization Form. Once I receive your completed forms and you have selected and paid for your consultation option, we will schedule our consultation.
All client information is kept confidential.
Please note that I strive to respond promptly to all requests, and consultations are scheduled in the order they are received. However, priority is given to urgent cases.

Wow this is brilliant. I’m still making my way through the consultation but I am so excited to have met Doris in order to have met you. I have been trying to find an alternative to the traditional vet for years now and have never been comfy with vaccinating or any of the tests they routinely recommend. I am so excited to help my little fur babies:) ~Jamie Holmes
We can’t tell you what an important part you are playing in our lives! I know we are as you say at, “the last resort”, but knowing now what we know thanks to you, we will continue the journey however long it may last. God Bless You Dr. Kim! As I said originally, you are our salvation! We want to help you and others in any way we can to avoid the torment we are going through because a little knowledge can make the world of difference in the lives of our beloved pets as well as ourselves. Our heartfelt love, Paula, Bob, & Snookie Woods
Hi Dr. Kim, thank you so much for your emails and the consultation for Bella – WOW! You have such a way about what you do, it’s so uplifting. Thank you! …Thankfully from your consultation and articles, I am no longer making decisions for Bella based on fear. Well, I wish all animal health caregivers, naturopaths and veterinarians were like you! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your help with Bella (and for what you are doing for animals and their caregivers). Kind regards, Steve Rosten
Dr. Kim, Thank you so very much. Your knowledge & support mean the world to me! ~Holly & Chamois
Dr. Kim! I have the happy task of writing to tell you the lump on Eoin’s lip is 100% gone… vanished… not even a trace!!! We can’t thank you enough for all your help and support! We are still giving him the Zeolife, and Greer, too. They had some red in the corner of their eyes, so we figured it wouldn’t hurt to continue it one time per day for a little while. Hugs N’ Kisses, ~Tom, Krystal & Eoin
Hi Dr. Kim, I was in a random search on the web for help with Callie Rose’s problems (my Lab) and your website came up. I signed up for your news letter and read it for many months. That’s when finally I contacted you for help and indeed you delivered. Thank you! I appreciate your hard work. ~Michelle L Thomison
Hi Dr. Kim, good news for once! Dylan had his check up with the cardiologist today and two of his conditions show slight improvement (infundibular stenosis and hypertophic obstructive cardiomyopathy). He still has a lot going on but I will take any good news! I want to thank you again for all your help and advice. It has helped so so much! ~Rebecca Roebuck
Dr. Kim’s gentle approach and straightforward instructions made the process both simple and easy – in my experience, natural health can be kind of intimidating, and with Kim there was nothing intimidating about the process whatsoever. She keeps her eyes on the goal, but never makes you feel rushed or overwhelmed.
