Hey all, I know it’s been a minute since I’ve written a post. I have LOTS to write, including an upcoming allegory about our former American Bully, King, who passed away last Christmas.
This essential oil roll-on blend is appropriately titled, BE Well – but I did NOT create this blend, the Oily Families team did. You will need a glass bottle (10 ml size is good – make sure it is dark colored glass with a roller fitment). I’ve created a BE Well Oily Wishlist for this blend that includes the roller fitments. If you use an empty 15 ml bottle from essential oils you’ve purchased before, that will work with these roller fitments. I like to use the roll-on blends on the bottoms of my feet as I shared in this post recently: Wellbeing Through Our Feet
RECIPE
- 15 drops of Thieves essential oil blend
- 10 drops of frankincense essential oil
- 5 drops of lemon essential oil
- Mix in a 10ml roll-on bottle. Top off with V-6 carrier oil. Apply as needed to yourself.
