The Howling Game

The Howling Game with the KingsterAbout three months ago King (my American Bully) began playing a game with me that is not only funny but a lot of fun for me – and a nice release for him I am sure. I call it the Howling Game – even though it starts with a whole bunch of barking.

King will sometimes initiate the play by running to get a toy and have me play tuggie wit him. His primary aim isn’t to play with me but to entice Schatzie (my Carolina Dog aka American Dingo girl) to play with him lol. That’s fine, my ego isn’t a bit hurt by that. Read more“The Howling Game”

Lost, But Now Found

She came right up to me and let me pet her and that is when I noticed how brittle, dry and and dirty her coat was. I felt sorry for her. I let the two play as I contemplated what we were going to do – because I KNEW we HAD to do something to help this pretty girl. At the very least we were going to find her owners, give her water and some good, real, raw food and go from there.

The “Giddy” Game

American Bully dog playing tuggieOkay this is going to probably seem REAL corny to most of you. When I watch the video I know it’s corny lol, but it’s also a lot of FUN! King and I play this game every single day – the Giddy Game is what I call it.

What is interesting is how it evolved over time from us playing tuggie to me making that goofy, “giddy, giddy, giddy” sound while he runs back and forth with the tuggie ring in his mouth. Read more“The “Giddy” Game”
